Medium bodied white wine.
Pale yellow with green tints in colour, on the nose, aromas of passionfruit and gooseberry with notes of herbs. Light tannins. High acidity. Green and flinty white wine in style. On the palate, fresh, youthful, herbaceous, rich and fleshy, refreshing, touch of sweet, grassy and easy drinking. It has light finish.
Pairs with seafood dishes, mussels and squid.
Drinking temperature : 9-12 °C.
