Elbling 2022

Light bodied white wine. Straw yellow with green tints in colour, on the nose, aromas of green apple and citrus with notes of spices. Light tannins. High acidity. Green and flinty white wine in style. On the palate, dry, fresh, herbaceous, shows high acidity nuance in texture, hint of limestone and chalk, touch of jasmine and herbs, delivers tree fruits character, refreshing, zippy, like a squeeze of lemon. It has a light finish.
