Straw yellow with golden reflections in colour, on the nose, aromas of grapefruit and green apple with notes of spices. Light tannins. High acidity. Green and flinty white wine in style. On the palate, dry, fresh, no oak, herbaceous, good length, shows nice acidity and bitterness nuance in texture, hint of minerality and salt, touch of white flowers, citrus, delivers tree fruits character.It has a long finish.
