Tasting Notes

Full bodied white wine. Straw yellow with green reflections in colour, on the nose, aromas of pear and green apple with notes of spices. Light tannins. High acidity. Green and flinty wine in style. On the palate, dry, oaky, rich, smokey, structured, complex, heavy, flavourful, aromatic, fruit-driven, hint of minerality, touch of lime zest and grass cut, delivers tree fruits character, shows nice acidity. It has a long finish.
