Medium bodied sparkling wine. Straw yellow with golden reflections in colour, on the nose, aromas of yellow apple and peach with notes of spices. Light tannins. High acidity. Traditional and complex sparkling wine in style. On the palate, dry, crispy, fruit-driven, shows nice acidity nuance in texture,touch of baked apple and yeast,hint of vanilla and minerality, delivers tree fruits character, poor bubble. It has a medium finish.
