Organic Rosé (NV)

Light bodied sparkling wine. Bright pink in colour, on the nose, aromas of strawberry and watermelon with notes of spices. Light tannins. High acidity. Fresh and youthful sparkling wine in style. On the palate, dry, crispy, lively, racy, cool, easy to drink, touch of grapefruit and lemon zest, hint of fresh herbs and sour cherry, poor bubbles, delivers red fruits character, shows acidity and flowers. It has a long finish.
