Medium bodied sparkling wine.
Pale golden yellow in colour, on the nose, aromas of yellow apple and peach with notes of spices. Light tannins. High acidity. Complex and traditional sparkling wine in style. On the palate, dry, crispy, youthful, herbaceous, shows nice acidity and complexity nuance in texture, touch of grass cut and herbs, hint of zest and cheddar, delivers tree fruits character, fine bubbles. It has a long finish.
