Cava Rosat Trepat Brut (NV)

Medium bodied sparkling wine. Bright salmon pink in colour, on the nose, aromas of raspberry and strawberry with notes of spices. Light tannins. High acidity. Berries and cream sparkling wine in style. On the palate, dry, crispy, light, aromatic, easy to drink, nice acidity, sharp and spritzy in texture, touch of lemon and grapefruit, hint of minerality and flowers, delivers red fruits character, fine bubbles, cool, lively. It has a light finish.
