Las Dalias Cava Brut (NV)

Medium bodied sparkling wine. Bright golden yellow in colour, on the nose, aromas of yellow apple and citrus with notes of spices. Light tannins. High acidity. Fresh and youthful sparkling wine in style. On the palate, dry, crispy, light, herbaceous, shows nice acidity and herbs bitterness nuance in texture, touch of grapefruit, hint of grass cut and wildflowers, delivers tree fruits character, fine bubbles, great summer wine. It has a light finish.
