Medium bodied sparkling wine.
Bright yellow with lemon tints in colour, on the nose, aromas of yellow apple and pear with notes of spices. Light tannins. High acidity. Traditional and complex sparkling wine in style. On the palate, dry, crispy, herbaceous, fresh, shows nice acidity nuance in texture, touch of lemon zest and grass cut, hint of baked apple and yeast, delivers tree fruits character, fine bubbles. It has a light finish.
