Cava (NV)

Medium bodied sparkling wine. Bright yellow with green reflections in colour, on the nose, aromas of green apple and citrus with notes of spices. Light tannins. High acidity. Fresh and youthful sparkling wine in style. On the palate, dry, fresh, crispy, shows high acidity nuance in texture, touch of grapefruit and grass cut, hint of zest, fresh herbs and lime, delivers tree fruits character, fine bubbles, good length. It has a medium finish.
