Full bodied sparkling wine. Bright yellow with green yellow tints in colour, on the nose, aromas of green apple and pear with notes of spices. Light tannins. High acidity. Traditional and complex sparkling wine in style. On the palate, dry, crispy, no oak, shows nice acidity and herbal nuance in texture, touch of grapefruit and grass cut, hint of baked apple and yeast, delivers tree fruits character, poor bubble.It has a long finish.
