Medium bodied sparkling wine.
Bright yellow with pale golden tints in colour, on the nose, aromas of green apple and pear with notes of spices. Light tannins. High acidity. Complex and traditional sparkling wine in style. On the palate, dry, fresh, shows high acidity nuance in texture, touch of grapefruit and minerality, hint of lemon zest and green fresh herbs, delivers tree fruits character, fine bubbles. It has a medium finish.
