Cava Brut (NV)

Medium bodied sparkling wine. Bright yellow with golden tints in colour, on the nose, aromas of green apple and citrus with notes of spices. Light tannins. High acidity. Traditional and complex sparkling wine in style. On the palate, dry, crispy, no oak, fresh, herbaceous, shows high acidity nuance in texture, touch of zest and kefir, hint of baked apple and yeast, delivers tree fruits character, poor bubbles. It has a medium finish.
