Medium bodied sparkling wine.
Bright golden yellow in colour, on the nose, aromas of green apple and pear with notes of spices. Light tannins. High acidity. Complex and traditional sparkling wine in style. On the palate, dry, crispy, harmonious, herbaceous, shows nice complexity and acidity nuance in texture, touch of grapefruit and brioche, hint of vanilla, delivers tree fruits character, fine bubbles. It has a long finish.
