Brut Cava (NV)

Medium bodied sparkling wine. Bright golden yellow with green reflections in colour, on the nose, aromas of green apple and pear with notes of spices. Light tannins. High acidity. Fresh and youthful sparkling wine in style. On the palate, dry, fresh, youthful, crispy, easy to drink, aromatic, light, simple, touch of grass cut and lemon zest, hint of fresh herbs and grapefruit, delivers tree fruits character, nice bubbles, lively. It has a light finish.
