Brut (NV)

Medium bodied sparkling wine. Bright pale yellow with green reflections in colour, on the nose, aromas of pear and green apple with notes of spices. Light tannins. High acidity. Fresh and youthful sparkling wine in style. On the palate, dry, fresh, youthful, light, juicy, rounded, simple, zesty, herbal, touch of gooseberry and lemon zest, hint of minerality and grass cut, delivers tree fruits character, nice bubbles, good length. It has a long finish.
