Medium bodied sparkling wine.
Intense pale golden yellow in colour, on the nose, aromas of yellow apple and citrus with notes of spices. Light tannins. High acidity. Traditional and complex sparkling wine in style. On the palate, dry, crispy, herbaceous, shows nice acidity and herbs bitterness nuance in texture, touch of lemon zest, hint of grass cut, delivers tree fruits character, fine bubbles. It has a long finish.
