Cava Arte Modernismo Reserva (NV)

Medium bodied sparkling wine. Bright yellow with green reflections in colour, on the nose, aromas of green apple and citrus with notes of spices. Light tannins. High acidity. Traditional and complex sparkling wine in style. On the palate, dry, fresh, crispy, shows herbal nuance in texture, touch of brioche and light toast, hint of lemon zest, pear and yeast, delivers tree fruits character, poor bubbles. It has a medium finish.
