Bright salmon pink in colour, on the nose, aromas of red apple and strawberry with notes of spices. Light tannins. High acidity. Berries and cream sparkling wine in style. On the palate, dry, juicy, herbaceous, shows nice acidity and red berries nuance in texture, touch of raspberry and red flowers, hint of fresh herbs and vanilla, delivers red fruits character, fine bubbles, good length. It has a long finish.
