Bright pale yellow with green reflections in colour, on the nose, aromas of green apple and pear with notes of spices. Light tannins. High acidity. Complex and traditional sparkling wine in style. On the palate, dry, crispy, sharp, fine bubbles, touch of citrus, hint of bake apple and bread, delivers red fruits character, structured, classic, shows nice acidity and vanilla nuance. It has a long finish.
