Cloudy lemon yellow in colour, on the nose, aromas of apple and melon with notes of spices. Light tannins. High acidity. Fresh and youthful sparkling wine in style. On the palate, dry, crispy, and herbaceous, shows high acidity and bitterness nuance in texture, touch of pear and white flowers, hint of jasmine and citrus, delivers tree fruits character, almost no bubbles, natural. It has a long finish.
