Bright straw yellow with green tints in colour, on the nose, aromas of apple and lime with notes of spices. Light tannins. High acidity. Fresh and youthful sparkling wine in style. On the palate, dry, crispy, light, touch of fresh herbs and citrus, hint of grass cut, delivers tree fruit character, moreish acidity, nice bubbles, simple, aromatic, delicate, cool, racy, approachable. It has a light finish.
