Bright yellow with green reflections in colour, on the nose, aromas of green apple and citrus with notes of lemon peel. Light tannins. High acidity. Fresh and youthful sparkling wine in style. On the palate, dry and crispy, fresh, youthful, aromatic, savory, zesty texture, juicy, easy drinking, fine bubbles. It has lingering finish.
Pairs with shelfish, as an aperitif.
