La Bulle Brut (NV)

Medium bodied sparkling wine. Pale yellow with green tints in colour, on the nose, aromas of green apple and citrus with notes of spices. Light tannins. High acidity. Complex and traditional wine in style. On the palate, dry, crispy, aromatic, fine bubbles, touch of baked apple, hint of fresh herbs and minerality, delivers tree fruits character, lively, savory, shows nice acidity, refined, elegant, herbal, structured. It has a light finish.
