Full bodied sparkling wine. Bright golden yellow with green tints in colour, on the nose, aromas of peach and pear with notes of spices. Light tannins. High acidity. Complex and traditional sparkling wine in style. On the palate, dry, crispy, nice bubbles, fruity, aromatic, touch of yeast, hint of vanilla, delivers tree fruits character, rounded, structured, refined, shows minerality and nice acidity, ability to age. It has a light finish.
