Pro Rosé (NV)

Medium bodied sparkling wine. Bright salmon pink in colour, on the nose, aromas of strawberry and sour cherry with notes of spices. Light tannins. High acidity. Crisp and dry sparkling wine in style. On the palate, dry, fresh, youthful, sharp, nice bubbles, light, delicious, zesty, touch of fresh wildflowers, hint of grapefruit and herbs, delivers red berry fruits character, fruit-driven, aromatic, well-structured. It has a light finish.
