Bright straw yellow in colour, on the nose, aromas of pear and citrus with notes of spices. Light tannins. High acidity. Traditional and complex wine in style. On the palate, dry, oaky, mature, firm, refined, nice bubbles, structured, touch of yeast and baked apple, hint of herbs and bread, delivers tree fruits character, lengthy, ability to age. It has a long finish.
