Medium bodied sparkling wine. Bright salmon pink with orange tints in colour, on the nose, aromas of red apple and peach with notes of spices. Light tannins. High acidity. Fresh and youthful sparkling wine in style. On the palate, dry, shows nice acidity and freshness nuance in texture, touch of lime and nectarine, hint of fresh herbs,zest and grapefruit, delivers tree fruits character, good bubbles, nice alcohol-free wine. It has a long finish.
