Sparkling Rosé (NV)

Medium bodied sparkling wine. Salmon pink in colour, on the nose, aromas of raspberry and plum with notes of spices. Light tannins. High acidity. Fresh and youthful sparkling wine in style. On the palate, dry, fresh, youthful, light, shows nice acidity, juicy in texture, poor bubbles, touch of grapefruit and strawberry, hint of gooseberry and citrus, delivers red fruits character, approachable, rounded, smooth. It has a light finish.
