Light bodied sparkling wine.
Straw yellow with lemon reflections in colour, on the nose, aromas of yellow apple and pear with notes of spices. Light tannins. High acidity. Fresh and youthful sparkling wine in style. On the palate, dry, crispy, herbaceous, shows nice acidity nuance in texture, touch of white blossom and fresh herbs, hint of grapefruit and grass cut, delivers tree fruits character, nice bubbles. It has a medium finish.
