Medium bodied sparkling wine. Bright salmon pink in colour, on the nose, aromas of strawberry and red apple with notes of spices. Light tannins. High acidity. Fresh and youthful sparkling wine in style. On the palate, dry, fresh, youthful, juicy, floral, light, approachable, fine bubbles, good length, very simple and clean, touch of minerality and sour cherry, hint of herbs and grass cut, delivers red fruits character. It has a refreshing finish.
