Pinot Rosé Brut 2018

Medium bodied sparkling wine. Bright pink with salmon reflections in colour, on the nose, aromas of red apple and strawberry with notes of spices. Light tannins. High acidity. Traditional and complex sparkling wine in style. On the palate, dry, fresh, little oak, shows nice acidity nuance in texture, touch of red berries and grapefruit, hint of herbs, rose and vanilla, aromatic, delivers red fruits character, fine bubbles. It has a long finish.
