Trocken (NV)

Medium bodied sparkling wine. Bright pale yellow with green reflections in colour, on the nose, aromas of green apple and citrus with notes of spices. Light tannins. High acidity. Fresh and youthful sparkling wine in style. On the palate, dry, juicy, light, easy to drink, zesty, light bubbles, touch of citrus, hint of gooseberry, delivers tree fruits character, simple and clear, delicate, aromatic, herbal, shows nice acidity. It has a long finish.
