Bright lemon yellow in colour, on the nose, aromas of pear and green apple with notes of spices. Light tannins. High acidity. Fresh and youthful sparkling wine in style. On the palate, dry, fresh, youthful, juicy, herbal, light, easy to drink, fine bubbles,great summer wine, touch of minerality and yeast, hint of grass cut and zest, delivers tree fruits character. It has a light finish.
