Bright yellow with golden reflections in colour, on the nose, aromas of citrus and peach with notes of spices. Light tannins. High acidity. Complex and traditional sparkling wine in style. On the palate, dry, crispy, shows nice herbal nuance in texture, touch of brioche and green apple, hint of minerality and yeast, delivers tree fruits character, fine bubbles, savoury, lively. It has a medium finish.
