Bright pink with salmon reflections in colour, on the nose, aromas of red apple and strawberry with notes of spices. Light tannins. High acidity. Traditional and complex sparkling wine in style. On the palate, dry, fresh, crispy, shows nice acidity nuance in texture,touch of grapefruit, hint of brioche and minerality, delivers red fruits character, fine bubbles. It has a medium finish.
