Blanc de Blancs (NV)

Medium bodied sparkling wine. Bright golden yellow in colour, on the nose, aromas of green apple and citrus with notes of spices. Light tannins. High acidity. Fresh and youthful sparkling wine in style. On the palate, dry, fresh, youthful, light, easy to drink, juicy, poor bubbles, shows some acidity, touch of grass cut and fresh herbs, hint of gooseberry and lemon zest and grape, delivers tree fruits character. It has a light finish.
