Medium bodied sparkling wine.
Bright yellow with lemon reflections in colour, on the nose, aromas of yellow apple and citrus with notes of spices. Light tannins. High acidity. Traditional and complex sparkling wine in style. On the palate, dry, oaked, shows nice herbal and acidity nuance in texture, touch of lemon zest and green herbs, hint of brioche, minerality and pear, delivers tree fruits character. It has a medium finish.
