Bright yellow with green reflections in colour, on the nose, aromas of green apple and citrus with notes of spices. Light tannins. High acidity. Complex and traditional sparkling wine in style. On the palate, dry, crispy, herbaceous, shows high acidity nuance in texture, touch of grapefruit and zest, hint of baked apple, delivers red fruits character, fine bubbles. It has a medium finish.
