Crémant de Bourgogne Brut (NV)

Medium bodied sparkling wine. Pale yellow with green reflections in colour, on the nose, aromas of green apple and pear with notes of spices. Light tannins. High acidity. Complex and traditional sparkling wine in style. On the palate, dry, crispy, oaky, structured, fine bubbles, touch of baked apple, hint of brioche, delivers tree fruits character, delicate, lively, yeasty, rich, smooth, shows great backbone. It has a long finish.
