Crémant de Bordeaux Brut (NV)

Light bodied sparkling wine. Straw yellow with lemon reflections in colour, on the nose, aromas of green apple and citrus with notes of spices. Light tannins. High acidity. Complex and traditional sparkling wine in style. On the palate, dry, crispy, shows floral nuance in texture, touch of brioche and vanilla, hint of minerality and fresh herbs, delivers tree fruits character, fine bubbles, lively, refreshing, clean. It has a medium finish.
