Medium bodied sparkling wine. Straw yellow with green reflections in colour, on the nose, aromas of green apple and citrus with notes of spices. Light tannins. High acidity. Complex and traditional sparkling wine in style. On the palate, dry, crispy, aromatic, fine bubbles, touch of baked apple and vanilla, hint of yeast, delivers tree fruit character, juicy, refined, structured. It has a long finish.
