Tradition Brut Champagne (NV)

Medium bodied sparkling wine. Bright straw yellow with lemon tints in colour, on the nose, aromas of green apple and citrus with notes of spices. Light tannins. High acidity. Complex and traditional sparkling wine in style. On the palate, dry,fresh, crispy, aromatic, well-structured, good length, touch of yeast and baked apple, hint of green herbs and white blossom,delivers tree fruits character, fine bubbles. It has a long finish.
