Brut Tradition Champagne (NV)

Medium bodied sparkling wine. Bright straw yellow with green in colour, on the nose, aromas of green apple and citrus with notes of spices. Light tannins. High acidity. Complex and traditional sparkling wine in style. On the palate, dry, fresh, youthful, zesty, touch of yeast and baked apple, hint of bread, minerality and vanilla, delivers tree fruit characters, poor bubbles, nice complexity. It has a medium finish.
