Medium bodied sparkling wine. Beautiful golden yellow in colour, on the nose, aromas of green apple and citrus with notes of spices. Light tannins. High acidity. Complex and traditional sparkling wine in style. On the palate, dry, refined, creamy, delicate, structured, flavourful, lively, touch of vanilla and toasted brioche, hint of white blossom, delivers tree fruits character, fine bubbles, gentle, age-worthy. It has a light finish.
