Cœur des Bar Champagne Blanc de Noirs Brut (NV)

Medium bodied sparkling wine. Bright golden yellow in colour, on the nose, aromas of yellow apple and citrus with notes of spices. Light tannins. High acidity. Complex and traditional sparkling wine in style. On the palate, dry, crispy, oaky, rich, touch of baked apple and vanilla, hint of yeast, delivers tree fruits character, fine bubbles, good structure and length, full of flavour with herbs nuance. It has a light finish.
