Medium bodied sparkling wine.
Bright straw yellow with golden in colour, on the nose, aromas of green apple and citrus with notes of spices. Light tannins. High acidity. Complex and traditional sparkling wine in style. On the palate, dry, oaked, crispy, rich, touch of yeast and baked apple, hint of yeast, minerality and vanilla, delivers tree fruits character, fine bubbles, good length, nice complexity. It has a medium finish.
