Medium bodied sparkling wine.
Bright straw yellow with golden tints in colour, on the nose, aromas of green apple and citrus with notes of spices. Light tannins. High acidity. Complex and traditional sparkling wine in style. On the palate, dry, fresh, youthful, crispy, floral, touch of grapefruit and brioche, hint of grass cut, yeast and vanilla, delivers tree fruits character, fine bubbles. It has a medium finish.
