Organic Blanc de Blancs (NV)

Light bodied sparkling wine. Bright yellow with golden reflections in colour, on the nose, aromas of green apple and citrus with notes of spices. Light tannins. High acidity. Traditional and complex sparkling wine in style. On the palate, dry, cirspy, fresh, lively, touch of lime and zest, hint of minerality, brioche and grass cut, poor bubbles, shows a lot of acidity which does not make the wine pleasant to drink. It has a long finish.
